Accepted payment methods may include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and other payment options offered through Shopify or our payment partners.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable,
  • Payment is unsuccessful,
  • Incorrect pricing is displayed due to a technical error,
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected,
  • The delivery location is not serviceable.

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For frozen products, customers must ensure that the products are transferred to a freezer immediately upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted after delivery.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of:

  • Incorrect items delivered,
